About The Professor
Dr. Watt is a Director in the Tulsa firm of Feller Snider, P.C., in the IP group and a thrice-elected member of the firm's governing Executive Committee. He is a registered patent attorney and concentrates his practice in the field of intellectual property law as it relates to high technology subject matters and, especially, computer and software law. Dr. Watt has extensive industry experience with complex signal processing algorithms and computer technology. His practice is focused on obtaining, protecting, and enforcing intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.
Dr. Watt was named "Lawyer of the Year 2014" (Patent Law - Tulsa) by Best Lawyers.
In addition to his teaching at Concord, Dr. Watt has been an adjunct professor at The University of Tulsa College of Law. He is also a frequent speaker on patent law issues and has authored numerous articles on the topic
